We are excited to announce the latest update to SoftClinic GenX : Version 02.04.476 with several new features and enhancements designed to improve the usability and efficiency of our software. Here’s what’s new:
Key Updates:
Improved SOAP Notes Print Format
- Line Separation for Medicines: A clear line has been added between medicines in the SOAP notes printout, enhancing the document’s readability and clarity.
- Medicine Serial Numbers: A serial number (1, 2, 3, etc.) now appears before each medicine on the side, making it easier to track and organize the prescribed items.
Patient Information Update
- UHID Number Displayed: The UHID number will now be used in place of the CR number across relevant prints and reports, streamlining patient identification and aligning with updated standards.
Lab Report Enhancements
- Inclusion of CR Number in Lab Prints: The CR number is now included in lab report prints, ensuring complete patient information is captured during the lab analysis.
- Lab Technician Name: The name of the lab technician will now appear on the lab report print, improving accountability and record-keeping.
Billing Save Redirection Fix
- Smooth Appointment Page Redirection: A fix has been applied where saving billing data no longer redirects users to the appointment page. This resolves workflow interruptions and improves navigation consistency.
Stock Alert Report Enhancement
- Min & Max Stock Alerts: The Stock Alert Report for minimum and maximum stock thresholds is now fully functional, helping you track inventory levels more effectively and avoid stock shortages.
Referral Doctor Import and Excel Download
- Referral Doctor Import: The system now supports importing referral doctor data, making it easier to manage and update doctor details within the system.
- Excel Download Option: A new option to download referral doctor data in Excel format has been integrated, enabling easier data handling and reporting.
Auto Doctor Assignment for OPD & Direct Billing
- Automatic Doctor Assignment: Doctors will now be automatically assigned from OPD and Direct Billing, reducing the need for manual entry and ensuring smoother workflow during patient registration and billing processes.
