SoftClinic GenX is the hospital and clinic management platform from JVS Technologies. This page explains where to sign in, what to do if you cannot get in, and who to contact when you need help.
The cloud sign-in page is app.softclinicgenx.com. You will need the username and password issued by your organisation’s SoftClinic administrator — usually the practice manager, hospital IT lead, or whoever set up your account.
Accounts are created by your own administrator, not by JVS. There is no public self-registration for an existing hospital or clinic account. If you have never been given credentials, ask your administrator to create your user and assign your role.
SoftClinic GenX is deployed two ways, and the sign-in address is different for each.
If you are not sure which one your organisation uses, your SoftClinic administrator or IT team will know.
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page, and the reset instructions will be sent to the email address registered against your user account.

In any of those cases your organisation’s SoftClinic administrator can reset the password and correct the email address directly from the user management screen. That is faster than going through support, and it is the right route for a routine password reset.
Repeated failed sign-in attempts can lock an account. Your administrator can unlock it. If your administrator is the one locked out, contact support using the details below.
