SoftClinic is a product of JVS Technologies Private Limited, a company governed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 401, Ganesh Plaza, Nr. Navrangpura Post, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad (“JVS”).
SoftClinic is a user-friendly technology solution, which helps healthcare providers to assist them to provide their services to their patients.
This policy (“Policy”) describes how SoftClinic handles the information and data you provide to us, how SoftClinic collects, uses and / or shares the same. SoftClinic shall make every endeavor to protect your information as per practices consistent with applicable law.
The data that you upload on SoftClinic is private and visible to you only. SoftClinic does not allow any other user to view such data.
Your use of SoftClinic and services offered by JVS will involve you in uploading and / or inputting various contents into SoftClinic which may largely include but not limited to patients and medical staff and any other details of yours or your customers’ you may have and you wish to upload for the purpose of using the services of SoftClinic , etc. (the “Content”). SoftClinic assumes that all the Content uploaded/inputted by you onto SoftClinic shall be legally obtained and that you have all the rights to upload/input the same onto SoftClinic. SoftClinic shall not be responsible for any claims of whatsoever nature in relation to the uploading / inputting the Content and using the same as per the terms of the Policy and / or as per the standard terms and conditions for use of SoftClinic (“Terms for Use”;).
SoftClinic shall use the Content for the following purpose

In addition to the above, it is possible that SoftClinic may need to disclose the Content and / or information about your activities as an user when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, whether in the Indian or other jurisdictions, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably Privacy Policy 2 Version: \29102021\01.00 necessary to (1) Investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use (or any other agreements entered into by you with SoftClinic ), investigate and defend SoftClinic against any third-party claims or allegations, or protect the security or integrity of SoftClinic ’s services; and / or (3) exercise or protect the rights, property, or safety of SoftClinic , its members, users, personnel, or others. SoftClinic may attempt to notify you about legal demands for their personal information when appropriate in SoftClinic ’s judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. In light of SoftClinic ’s principles, SoftClinic may dispute such demands when SoftClinic believe, in SoftClinic ’s discretion, that the requests are overboard, vague or lack proper authority, but do not commit to challenge every demand.
SoftClinic needs your permission to do things like hosting the Content, creating back-ups for it and sharing it when so required by you. SoftClinic ’s services also provide you with features various features. These features may require SoftClinic ’s systems to access, hospital, clinics and scan the Content. Where you give SoftClinic permission to do such actions, your permission is also deemed to be given to SoftClinic ’s affiliates, if any, and trusted third parties SoftClinic engage with.
SoftClinic may also collect your personal information such as your name, your hospital / clinic’s name, email address, your user name, password, at the time that you register for an account on the Service or thereafter. If you wish, you may also provide us with optional information such as a photograph, skills, addresses, educational background, analytics graphs, etc. of your hospital, services, business, etc. Your such details and any optional profile information that you may elect to associate with your account is referred to in this Policy as your “Profile Information.” The Profile Information is or may be used to send you service-related notices (including any notices required by law). SoftClinic may also use your email address to send you notifications and information about other products or services (including third party services) that SoftClinic think may be of interest to you (“Marketing Messages”). You may optout of receiving Marketing Messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the Marketing Message. Through your account interface, you may also opt-out of receiving categories of Service-related notices that are not deemed by SoftClinic to be integral to your use of the service.
For payments required to be made by you, SoftClinic utilizes a third party credit card payment processing company which collects payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and / or phone number. SoftClinic will share this payment information with the third party processing company.
SoftClinic may use the services of certain trusted third party service providers for hosting the service or processing payments of paid members. Such service providers may have access to your information; however they can use your information only for the limited purpose of providing the service SoftClinic have contracted with them to provide. SoftClinic shall try to see to it that such service providers also have a data security and privacy policy that are at least as protective of your information as is in this Policy. SoftClinic may also store your Personal Information in locations outside the direct supervision of SoftClinic (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).
When you use the service, SoftClinic ’s servers begin to automatically record certain information in their server logs. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (i.e. IP) address, browser type, referring / exit pages, your phone number, type of and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, date, time, and duration of your visit, information about the computer set-up such as the type and version of web browser, operating system, Java support, Flash version, screen resolution, and connection speed and other such information.
Your use of SoftClinic services may generate “cookies”. SoftClinic may use such “cookies” to collect information and observe and improve its services or to increase its functionality and user-friendliness. SoftClinic may use “persistent cookies” to save your session ID for future logins to the service such as for the purpose of remembering your user name when you return to the service as also to help SoftClinic to understand how you interact with / use the SoftClinic service, etc.
SoftClinic will retain the Content for as long as your account is active or as needed by us to provide you the services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that SoftClinic , you may delete your account. However, the Content stored in SoftClinic servers and back-ups may still continue to remain on server of SoftClinic .
SoftClinic may collect and process information about the location of the device from which you are using the service. Location information may help SoftClinic to understand how you access and / or use the service and may be used along with personally identifiable information. We may share these information as also the Personal Information to connect with you with a third party. We may disclose aggregated demographic information (such as aggregate and anonymous usage data, platform types, etc.) about the overall use of SoftClinic service publicly or with users, or other organizations with which we do, or contemplate doing, business to help them understand the service, or to help us improve and analyse the service.
If SoftClinic is involved in a merger, acquisition, and / or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any third party to which SoftClinic transfer or sell its assets shall be entitled to continue to use your Personal Information and other information collected by SoftClinic under this Policy.
This Policy may be changed by SoftClinic from time to time. If SoftClinic make a change to this Policy that SoftClinic believe adversely reduces your rights, SoftClinic will provide you with notice of such changes on your email. SoftClinic may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. By continuing to use the service after those changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.

Your Profile Information and Content are yours and SoftClinic do not own or use it, except for situations required for providing you with the services in an efficient manner and as is set out in this Policy. Where SoftClinic or it’s agents collect non-public personal information from you, reasonable steps will usually be taken to protect such information in transmission. However, there may be situations when such information cannot be completely protected. Please note that unless the connection is specifically indicated as being secure by SoftClinic or by SoftClinic ’s agents, or you are otherwise informed of the security of your information, you should assume that the connection is not secure and that it is possible for outside parties to unauthorizedly intercept the information shared by you and SoftClinic during that part of the session.
