SoftClinic GenX

ABDM Certified Hospital Management Software with ABHA Integration (M1, M2 & M3)

SoftClinic GenX is ABDM certified for Milestones M1, M2 and M3, so your hospital can create ABHA numbers, link health records and fetch records with consent from the same HIMS your staff already use.

JVS Technologies Private Limited, the company behind SoftClinic GenX, has completed ABDM compliance certification for Milestone 1 (ABHA number creation, capture and verification), Milestone 2 (Health Information Provider) and Milestone 3 (Health Information User) under the National Health Authority’s Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission programme, on ABDM API version V3.

That means a hospital or clinic running SoftClinic GenX can create and verify Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) numbers at the front desk, link OPD, IPD, laboratory and pharmacy records to the patient’s ABHA, and fetch records from other facilities with the patient’s consent, all inside the same hospital information system your staff already use.

Or call +91 90999 03149. We show ABHA creation and record linking on your own OPD workflow, against the live ABDM network.

What ABDM certification covers

The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) is the National Health Authority’s framework for a connected digital health ecosystem in India. Software is certified milestone by milestone:

Milestone What it certifies In SoftClinic GenX
M1 – ABHA creation and verification Creating ABHA numbers and ABHA addresses, verifying an existing ABHA and capturing it against the patient record Certified
M2 – Health Information Provider (HIP) Linking the care records a facility generates to the patient’s ABHA and sharing them on request through the ABDM gateway Certified
M3 – Health Information User (HIU) Requesting a patient’s consent and fetching their health records from other ABDM-linked facilities Certified

ABHA and ABDM features built into SoftClinic GenX

ABHA number creation – register a new ABHA for a patient using Aadhaar OTP or mobile OTP during registration, and print or share the ABHA card.

ABHA verification and capture – verify an existing ABHA number or ABHA address and attach it to the patient’s master record, so every later visit is already linked.

Scan and share OPD registration – patients scan the facility QR code from their ABHA app and their demographic details arrive at the counter, cutting queue time.

Health record linking (HIP) – OPD prescriptions, discharge summaries, diagnostic reports and other health-information types are packaged as FHIR bundles and linked to the patient’s ABHA.

Consent-based record access (HIU) – request consent from the patient, receive records from other ABDM-linked hospitals and labs, and view them alongside the local EMR.

One system, no separate ABHA software – the ABDM workflows sit inside registration, EMR, laboratory and pharmacy, rather than in a bolt-on tool your staff must switch to.

Why ABDM compliance matters for hospitals and clinics

Regulatory direction – the National Medical Commission has directed medical colleges and their teaching hospitals to adopt ABDM-compliant hospital management information systems, and state health departments increasingly ask for ABDM-enabled software in empanelment and tender documents.

Patient expectation – patients with an ABHA expect to see their reports and prescriptions in their ABHA app and to carry their history between providers.

Less paperwork – scan-and-share registration and linked records reduce repeat data entry, lost reports and repeat investigations.

Future-proof choice – a certified HIMS avoids re-platforming later when ABDM linkage becomes a standard requirement.

Frequently asked questions

Is SoftClinic GenX ABDM certified?

Yes. JVS Technologies Private Limited has completed ABDM compliance certification for Milestones M1, M2 and M3 under the National Health Authority’s ABDM programme, and holds production credentials for the ABDM gateway.

Which ABDM milestones does SoftClinic GenX support?

All three integration milestones: M1 (ABHA creation and verification), M2 (Health Information Provider) and M3 (Health Information User).

Can SoftClinic GenX create ABHA numbers for patients?

Yes. Front-desk staff can create an ABHA using Aadhaar OTP or mobile OTP, verify an existing ABHA and link it to the patient’s record during registration.

Do I need separate ABHA software or an ABDM bridge?

No. The ABDM integration is part of SoftClinic GenX, so the same hospital management software handles registration, EMR, billing, lab, pharmacy and ABHA workflows.

Is ABDM integration available on both cloud and on-premise deployments?

Yes. SoftClinic GenX runs as a managed cloud service or on your own hospital server, and the ABDM workflows are available on both.

Is it suitable for a single-doctor clinic as well as a multi-speciality hospital?

Yes. The same certified platform runs the clinic management software used by individual practices and the full HIMS used by multi-speciality hospitals.
