Free OPD software from SoftClinic GenX
The SoftClinic GenX OPD app is free to everyone who signs up. It runs your out-patient department end to end — registration, appointments, the consultation itself, prescriptions and OPD billing — and it runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install on a desktop.

Read this before you join. This is a limited-use free version governed by a fair use policy, not the full commercial product. It is a standalone app: the free OPD, Laboratory and Pharmacy apps do not interconnect, so data does not pass between them. If you need OPD, lab, pharmacy and billing working as one connected system, that is the paid SoftClinic GenX platform.

What is not in the free version

- Anything beyond the fair use policy. If your volumes grow past it, we will talk to you about a paid plan rather than switch you off without warning.
