- Software License:
SoftClinic GenX software license is provided for Clinic/ Laboratory/ Pharmacy/ Hospital use as per the license agreement on our website. - Installation & Training:
Online installation and training will start within 5 working days after order confirmation, advance payment, and readiness of data and required infrastructure. - Taxes:
GST of 18% is applicable in addition to the prices mentioned. - Payment:
Full payment in advance along with a formal purchase order is required. - Annual Subscription:
Renewals will be charged at prevailing market rates after the subscription expires. - Support & Maintenance:
- Basic Package: Free technical support and maintenance are included with the subscription, as per our support policy.
- Lab Equipment: Free support for 3 months is included. Afterward, annual support will cost ₹3,000 per lab equipment.
- Data Security:
We ensure data security and confidentiality as per industry standards. We are not responsible for breaches caused by client negligence. Refer to our privacy policy. - Additional Services:
- Onsite Services: Onsite installation and training are optional and charged extra.
- Customizations: Custom development requests will be charged based on the scope of work.
- Machine Integration:
Machine or hardware integration is not included. Charges for integration services will be provided upon request. - Termination:
No refunds will be provided if the agreement is terminated before the subscription period ends. - Fair Use policy Applicable
